Langworthy Company was founded in 1983, as a management consulting firm providing startup and troubleshooting advice for closely-held companies and their investors. In the mid 90s we entered the seniors housing marketplace developing a project for clients. Today we exclusively serve seniors housing owner-operators, shareholders, lenders and bondholders. We provide 'how to' advice and guidance to include most aspects of developing a senior housing community from feasibility to financing through construction and grand opening. We also offer third-party project feasibility evaluations to confirm the viability of an investment opportunity.
